Brandon here. I’ve been publishing Coalscoop for just over half a year now. In that time, I have amassed a small but very loyal following of readers, and I’m pleased you are one of them! So, first of all, thank you for signing up and joining this community.
I developed Coalscoop from the idea that we could all gain a lot by understanding the forces which drive the American economy, and taking a longer-term view. Most “breaking news” happens at the end of a long sequence of events, decisions, and trends which finally came to a head.
